• Access to local pet services, including dog walking. Subject to availability and charges apply
• A non-refundable pet cleaning-fee to cover the additional and necessary cleaning for our next guests.

Terms & Conditions

• Subject to availability.
• A 1-night non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• If you want to bring a pet to The StandardX, Melbourne, you can only do so by booking the BYOP package in advance via our website or with our reservations team. Pets announced on arrival will not be accepted. Dogs must not exceed 20kgs in size, and only one pet is allowed per room.
• You will be asked to provide the following information: Name of your dog, breed, size, age and weight. The StandardX, Melbourne reserves the right to cancel a booking if the pet does not meet the acceptable guidelines.
• Please be aware that pets are not allowed within our restaurants, bars and lobby lounge areas.
• You may cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. If cancelled within 24 hours of the stay, the first night’s fee will be charged.
